"Great seafood and lovely South American staff. Portions were very large. Tuna and tomato salad was especially good as were the grilled prawns, best tasted for years"

"Ordered mussels for starters and fish and squid for mains. We're not impressed with the mussels and we had to ask for bread which is €1 per piece extra and seemed to be stale, was quite hard. The mains were nice but portions were small. Overall leaning towards a tasty experience but way more expensive for what you get. I'd recommend to upsize portions or lower the prices. Not getting money's worth with current options and prices. I was leaning towards 3 stars but want to give this a chance. I see few reviews so far so hope my feedback is useful to the owners and up the game."

"Lovely bustling restaurant right on the marina front. It's a little rustic but quite cute. We enjoyed our evening. The food is a little overpriced compared to what you can get elsewhere not on marina but I suppose you are paying for the location. Lots of locals eating here when we visited which was nice."

"Marinela sits by the harbor like it’s always been there, boats bobbing, salt in the air, the kind of place you don’t find unless you’re lucky or lost. Grilled octopus, charred, smoky, with that perfect snap between your teeth. Scallops still in the shell, swimming in butter and whatever secrets the kitchen’s keeping. A tomato salad so fresh it could make you weep if you’d had one too many. The staff? Sharp, fast, no nonsense, just how I like it. A gin and tonic built like a piece of architecture. Then a few beers under the afternoon sun, watching the world stumble by. This is what it’s about. Good food, strong drink, no rush. Just you, the plate, the sea, and a moment that doesn’t need explaining."
